District hopping + Easter eggs

Happy April you beauties!
I am in such a great mood, this weather has been incredible lately!!!!
Hadley and I have been out in the District bopping around the last two days and I think we both feel so much happier when we can get out of the house and into the sunshine. Now I just need to get this babe out so I can walk more instead of waddle ;)
Yesterday we went out for a lunch date at Matchbox (so delicious), picked up some sweet treats from Ted's Bulletin and then headed to a little play yard down the street. The city seems to have neglected SE when it comes to nice playgrounds so people around the neighborhood have donated all these toys for kids to play with. Hadley didn't seem to care, she was having a blast!
We finally tried Ted's Bulletin's homemade pop tarts (and milkshake... talk about sugar overload the last few days, I CAN'T BE STOPPED) and if you have some seriously nostalgic feelings about pop tarts from childhood.. these will not disappoint. Delicious!
I can't wait to try their adult milkshakes one day soon!
^^Pizza dough for the kiddos to play with?! Genius, Matchbox!!!
Today I was on a mission to find some succulents and planters for the nursery since the ones I ordered from Etsy got stolen off our stoop (UNCOOL you naughty teenagers, I will find you!) and we hit the Eastern Market for lunch.
Ginkgo Gardens is AMAZING and I will definitely be heading back there for some more greenery for our home!
Before I sign off and head to the OB for our last chance to see our littlest gal on the screen before we get to see her in person, I wanted to share some really cool Easter eggs I've found on Pinterest. I wish we could do all of these but honestly, I'm too lazy.
There's always next year, right?!
I will try to make these bunny pancakes though... how cute?!!!!
