I promised a popsicle post earlier this week and here I am to deliver that to you!!!! Not only is it a popsicle, my friends, it's a popsicle you can eat for breakfast and not feel like a total fat ARSE.
These are super easy to make and you most likely have lots of ingredients already in your fridge and pantry.
What you need...
yogurt, we used vanilla greek yogurt
fruit of your choosing, we used strawberries, blueberries and kiwi
What you do...
Fill your popsicle molds with a bit of yogurt, then a few pieces of fruit, followed by more yogurt. The greek yogurt we used was pretty thick so I mixed it with some milk to make sure it filled in the entire mold.
Once you've filled your mold almost to the top with yogurt and fruit, finish it off with a layer of granola. We poured some warm honey over the top of the granola to finish it off.
Seal your molds and place in the freezer for 4-6 hours, or until frozen through.
Once they're finished, run the mold under warm water and wiggle it until the popsicle slides out.
You can have these bad boys put together so quickly but I will warn you, that granola is messy as some shit with a 2 year old!!!! I'm still finding pieces a week later. At least our pup is happy about it.
^^^That tongue is ready!!!!!
Happy weekend friends.

HOLY HANNAH, where has the time gone?!
I cannot believe it's middle of July. We've been running around like madmen since summer started and things aren't slowing down over here! Luckily this weekend we have NOTHING on the books and I've never been so excited to relax and get this house back in order. After that, it's GO-GO-GO until wedding time... EEEEEEEEEK!
These last few weeks have been full of fun times. We celebrated my mom's 50th birthday surrounded by family, friends and lots of booze. It was a great day and I feel so grateful to have my mom in my life. Thank you so much for all you do for us and the babies. I've said this before and I'll say it again... you doin' 50 riiiight girl! Meow! We love you so much, grandma :)
We finally got a pool day in so Hadley could test out her new water floaties. That girl is such a fish, she was loving every second! By the end of it she was jumping off the edge and going all the way under.. no fear, man!
She also took her first pony ride, which made grandma's day, and her face was PRICELESS. I couldn't tell if she was into it or not.. I think she was pretty scared but trying to put on a brave face. I just kept hearing Big Sean's song playing in my head when I saw her face, "I don't fu*k witchuuuuuuu".
^^^Curl game so strong!!!!!!!! Hellz yes!!
^^^3 months old and so stoked about it!
Hadley is officially talking and I couldn't be more excited. She was really keeping us hanging there!!!! We had her two year well visit and we expressed our concerns about how little she was talking to us. We got information for a language specialist and a week later she drops a full sentence on me out of no where. "I get dooooown." I almost shit my pants, it was AWESOME. Ever since it's like a lightbulb went off and she talks more and more each day. We're so proud of you baby girl!!!!!!
I hope you all have been enjoying your summer days :) I've got a yummy popsicle recipe to share this week and will be doing some more sneak peaks for our upcoming wedding soon!
